Understanding Alzheimer's Disease

"Understanding Alzheimer's Disease" a free community education program at the Walpole Public Library Community Room, 143 School Street, Walpole, Monday, September 10th, 10:30AM-11:30AM and Thursday, October 4th, 6:30PM-7:30PM.  Understanding Alzheimer's Disease offers practical information and guidance to anyone caring for someone with this progressive disease, or anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease.  Topics to be covered include what causes Alzheimer's Disease, how it is treated, how to communicate with someone with Alzheimer's Disease, also preventing and managing behavior issues.  Presented by Valerie Lomus, LPN-Outreach Coordinator for Right at Home.  This event is free and open to the public.  To RSVP please call 508-762-1949.
