Walpole Police Log: Presents Stolen on Christmas

Monday- Dec. 24, 2012

Firearm Violation- 1:39 p.m.

North Street- Report of two male parties hunting in the area. Officers searched the area. Parties were gone on arrival.

Larceny from a Motor Vehicle- 2:38 p.m.

Route 1- Caller reported her car window was smashed and items were taken. Report filed.

Be On the Look Out- 3:00 p.m.

Route 1- An anonymous caller reported a road rage incident and said the other driver brandished a weapon. All units notified. Norwood PD notified.

Larceny- 8:20 p.m.

Route 1- Walmart employees reported two shoplifters were being detained and were being uncooperative.

Tuesday- Dec. 25, 2012

Breaking and Entering- 9:40 a.m.

Hilltop Drive- Past B&E, window screen cut, presents stolen. Report taken.

Wednesday- Dec. 26, 2012

Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 2:09 a.m.

Main Street- Norfolk PD reported receiving a call about a male subject passed out behind the wheel at a drive through. Gone on arrival.

Resisting Arrest- 6:18 a.m.

3 Fern Drive- Ashley A. Costello, 19, of 3 Fern Drive, Walpole was arrested for alleged Larceny Under $250, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.

Larceny from a Motor Vehicle- 10:51 a.m.

Victoria Circle- Person came into the police station lobby to report that his wife's purse was possibly stolen from her car. Report taken.

Larceny- 11:04 p.m.

Pontiac Road- Report of a larceny of prescription drugs. Report to follow.

Thursday- Dec. 27, 2012

Larceny- 11:18 a.m.

Pine Hill Drive- Called wanted it on the record that someone had taken her lighted Christmas deer from her property the night before.
