OUI Drugs, 2nd Offense, Arrest Made- 5:05 p.m.
610 Elm Street- Party reported an intoxicated driver in the area of Glenwood Avenue. Donna M. Berry, 55, of 27 Stoney Brook Road, Apt. 9, Millis, Mass. was arrested for alleged OUI Drugs, 2nd Offense, Possession of a Class E Substance and Marked Lanes Violation.

Disorderly Conduct, Arrest Made- 8:43 p.m.
972 Main Street- Party reported that her boyfriend's brother stole her cell phone. Richard Stokes, 49, of 1407 Washington Street, Norwood, Mass. was arrested for alleged Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace.
Ambulance Request- 10:36 p.m.
Ambulance was requested after a party was bit by a bird. Fire Department notified. Report taken.
OUI Liquor- 11:23 p.m.
745 Main Street- Norfolk PD reported an erratic operator. James R. Harbour, 38, of 56 Main Street, Norfolk, Mass. was arrested for OUI Liquor and Marked Lanes Violation.

Fraud- 5:14 p.m.
Main Street- Doctor's office reported fraudulent use of a prescription. 923 out at Betro Pharmacy.
Larceny- 7:25 p.m.
Scout Road- Party came into the lobby reporting a larceny. Report taken.
Larceny From a Motor Vehicle- 8:02 p.m.
Route 1- Party reported that their car was broken into. Report taken.

Motor Vehicle Accident- 12:13 p.m.
Route 1- Motor vehicle accident with people injured. Units responded. Fire Department notified.
Protective Custody- 5:41 p.m.
Main Street- Calling party reported a male party that was unsteady on his feet. Officer transported one male party to the station.

Wires Down- 1:43 p.m.
Norfolk Street- Caller reported that he pulled wires down with his truck. NSTAR and Comcast notified.
Larceny From a Motor Vehicle- 9:30 a.m.
Hilltop Drive- Party came into the station to report a larceny from his motor vehicle.
