Walpole Police Log: Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and OUI

Friday- Jan. 18, 2013

Mutual Aid- 7:33 a.m.

Main Street- Received a call from an employee requesting an officer to respond for a vehicle on site possible involved in an earlier theft in Wrentham. Wrentham PD took 2 males into custody.

Simple Assault- 2:44 p.m.

Hilltop Drive- Caller reported she was pushed by a man that lives in the same complex. Report taken.

Saturday- Jan. 19, 2013

OUI Drugs- 3:32 p.m.

1005 Route 1- Caller reported a party that was possibly intoxicated sitting in a car at a gas station. Vitaliy A. Zaytsev, 30, 27 Moosehill Street, Sharon, Mass. was arrested for alleged OUI Drugs.

False ID, Liquor- 6:39 p.m.

Route 1- 2 summons issued for providing a false ID. Report to follow.

 

Sunday- Jan. 20, 2013

Larceny- 3:18 p.m.

Route 1- Walmart loss prevention reported two females that fled the store after stealing.

Assault and Battery on a Police Officer- 4:24 p.m.

419 High Plain Street- Received a call about a male subject passed out in bushes. Michael T. Dantonio, 41, of 38 Frairy Street, Medfield, Mass. was arrested for alleged Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.

Larceny Over $250- 6:24 p.m.

550 Route- Loss prevention from Walmart requested assistance with an employee shoplifting. Jean M. Emile, 22, of 15 Westmore Road, Apt. 1, Mattapan, Mass. was arrested for alleged Larceny Over $250.

OUI Liquor- 11:07 p.m.

950 South Street- Callers reported a hit and run. Tyler J. Schaurte, 19, of 3 Treeland Drive, Walpole was arrested for alleged OUI Liquor, two counts of Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and two counts of Marked Lanes Violation.
