Norfolk Aggie Teacher Arrested for Lewdness, Disturbing the Peace

Police arrested a local man for open lewdness on Wednesday.

A teacher at Norfolk Agricultural High School in Walpole was arrested this week for allegedly walking around his driveway wearing only a ski cap and goggles, according to a MyFoxBoston.com report

A passerby of the teacher's home in Walpole called police after seeing him exposing himself. The individual, 44-year-old Marc Mertz, had allegedly been wearing a towel as well, but when the passerby drove by the home a second time, the towel was missing, according to the report. 

Walpole police arrested Mertz on charges of open and gross lewdness and disturbing the peace, according to MyFoxBoston.

He was released on $1,000 bail Friday and ordered to stay away from the woman who reported him, and he was also placed on administrative leave, according to the report.
