Where to Buy a Christmas Tree in Walpole

Looking to deck your halls? Here's where to get Christmas trees in town.

It's that time of year and Christmas trees and holidays lights are popping up in people's windows in Walpole. 

Whether you're looking for a bargain or hoping to help out a great cause, here's a few places to look for a real Christmas tree in Walpole.

  • Walpole Girls Hockey- Stop and Shop
    The Walpole girls hockey team's seventh annual Christmas tree fundraiser is being held at Stop and Shop on Main Street. Tree sales are open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    They are selling balsam firs and fraser firs ranging between $27-$72.

    The hockey team sells about 600 trees a year and expects to raise about $10,000. The funds go toward supporting the program for the year.

    Also Walmart in Walpole donated 20 tree stands for trees that will be given to local families in need.

  • Norfolk County Agricultural High School
    The Norfolk Aggie High School will be selling trees on their Main Street campus while supplies last. Trees will be sold on weekdays from 2:30-7 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    They will be selling Douglas-firs that range from $35-$100. Proceeds go toward the landscaping program at the school.

    Students decorate wreaths and garlands themselves in class will be selling them at the stand as well.

  • Southridge Farm
    Southridge Farm's location on County Street (Route 109) in Walpole near Bubbling Brook in Westwood will be selling trees during business hours.

    Prices range from $30-$100 for balsam firs and fraser firs.

    They will also be selling decorated and undecorated wreaths, pots and roping.

  • Rocky’s Ace Hardware
    Located on Main Street in Walpole, Rocky's Ace Hardware will be selling trees during business hours. They are selling balsam firs that range from $24.99-$49.99.

  • Walmart
    Walpole Walmart, on Route 1, will be selling real and fake Christmas trees. Trees start at around $20.
