Walpole Girl a Finalist for Spot on Rev Girls Squad

Rev Girls represent the New England Revolution at events during the season, including home games, community and charity events, scheduled meetings and photo shoots and other promotional events.

Christina Attaway, of Walpole, is a finalist for the Rev Girls, the New England Revolution promotional team.

The final tryout will be held on Thursday, Feb. 7 at Rí Rá in Providence, RI from 9-11 p.m.

Attaway is one of 20 women - from Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut - competing for three positions on the squad. An additional finals date will be held in Boston on Thursday, Jan. 31 to round out the squad.

Rev Girls represent the Revolution at events during the Revolution season, including home games, community and charity events, scheduled meetings and photo shoots and other promotional events.

The finalists will be competing in Revolution trivia, learning chants and interacting with the crowd and will be judged by 2012 Miss Rhode Island Kelsey Fournier, WPRI Rhode Show host Will Gilbert, 92 PRO-FM on-air personality Jessica Schiano and Providence Journal reporter Jena Pelletier.
