1. Walpole Schools Closed Monday

All Walpole Public Schools and the Norfolk County Agricultural School will be closed Monday due to the storm.

The Walpole Public Library has announced that they will be closed for their regular function Monday due to Hurricane Sandy. However, residents who are in need of internet service may head to the library.

3. Walpole TA Boynton Asks Residents to Clear Catch Basins

Walpole Town Administrator Michael Boynton has asked that residents of Walpole safely clear catch basins and storm drains of leaves and debris in order to prevent flooding.

4. Shelter at Walpole Senior Center Set Up

A shelter has been arranged at the Walpole Senior Center, at the Town Hall. In the event that additional space is required, larger locations have been identified and will be utilized.

Transportation to the shelter will be available upon request.

Residents who may need technology support, such as internet access, during post-storm power outages can go to the library.
