According to the National Weather Service, Monday calls for a chance of showers, mainly after 11 a.m. Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. Southwest wind 9 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

In the evening, look for showers likely, mainly before midnight. Patchy fog. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 50. South wind 5 to 7 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

2. Walpole Fall Town Meeting Today

4. Baby Book Time at Walpole Library

The Walpole Public Library will be hosting a Baby Book Time in the Children's Activity Room at 10:30 a.m. Moms can come and choose from a number of selections to read their baby including stories, rhymes and songs. Drop-ins are welcome.
