VFW Post 5188 is a community facility serving Veterans of the American armed forces and members of the public. It features a function hall which can be rented by members of the community to host private events such as weddings, family reunions and birthday parties. The hall is equipped with air conditioning, contains a large bar and a dance floor made of hardwood, and can seat anywhere from 80 to 250 guests. VFW Post 5188 also features a public lounge which contains a pool table, a jukebox and several dart boards; the lounge hosts special events every Thursday and Friday night.
