Hal Shurtleff, Regional Field Director for the John Birch Society will conduct a presentation exposing Agenda 21 and the Massachusetts Green Communities. Mr. Shurtleff will discuss the history of Agenda 21, how it is being implemented in Massachusetts vai the ICLEI and Green Communities, who is behding it, and how to defeat it.
