Walpole's League School Receives $25,000 Donation
The $25,000 donation will go towards new iPads for the students at the school.
The League School of Greater Boston in Walpole received a $25,000 donation from the Christopher Catanese Children’s Foundation Wednesday, money they will use to buy iPads for their students.
The CCCF, a non-profit dedicated to helping children, recently raised more than $100,000 at their annual fundraiser. That money will be donated to various organizations that assist in the development of children.
Peter Catanese presented a check to the League School yesterday.
The League School is an educator of children with Autism and Aspergers located on Route 1 in Walpole.
"This generosity will enable our students to have the most-up-to-date technology possible to assist in learning and interacting with our teachers, parents and other students," the school's Executive Director Frank Gagliardi.
