Walpole Friends of Music Donate Two New Instruments to Walpole Schools
Both Walpole middle schools each received a new instrument as a gift from the Walpole Friends of Music.

The Walpole Friends of Music recently donated two new instruments to Walpole's middle schools.
A brand new 3/4 tuba was donated to Bird Middle School and a bass clarinet was given to Johnson Middle School.
Money for the instruments was raised by local families and businesses.
The instruments are played by the students throughout the school year.
According to their website, since 2008 "the mission of the Walpole Friends of Music is to support and enhance the music programs of the Walpole Public School system."
