Pumpkin muffins are a quick and easy fall treat to make. They are perfect to bring to the office and share with coworkers or a light dessert to bring for Thanksgiving dinner.

Yield - About 24 muffins

Ingredients:

1 box of spice cake mix

1 can of pumpkin

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Vanilla icing or glaze

Directions:

1. Preheat oven at 350F.

2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

3. Fill cupcake wrappers about 3/4 to the top.

4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

5. Let them cool.

6. Drizzle the icing or glaze over the muffin tops.
