A candlelight vigil has been planned in Walpole to show support for those who have been affected by the Sandy Hook Elementry School shooting in Newton Conn.

The non-denominational service will be held at Stone Field behind Town Hall on Monday, Dec. 17 at 7 p.m.

Members of the Walpole Board of Selectmen will speak briefly and there will be a moment of silence.

Please bring a candle to the service. Parking is available at the Town Hall, library, Blackburn Hall and the public parking lot behind the fire station.
